Can I call you to book a reservation?
Reservations are made online only.
Why can't I see the date I'm looking for?
Reservations are only open to book 45 days prior to the date.
How many packages can I book?
Packages are unlimited. Book away!
Can different packages be purchased together?
Yes.
Can we come early to set up?
No. We do not allow set up or break down time for Lane Side parties. Please keep decorations minimal. We do not have walls to hang decorations.
Can we have guests arrive early?
No. Parties start promptly at the time of reservation. Your space will be available to you for your party time only.
Can we hang out on our lane after the party is over?
No. However you may move your guests to the arcade area and hang out for a long as you wish. Lanes must be cleared after lanes turn off.
Can we bring a cake or cupcakes?
Yes. Please keep it simple. Bring your own plates, forks and napkins. No sprinkles on cupcakes please! They spill and get crushed into our carpets making it very difficult to clean.
Do I need shoe sizes for the children?
No. Kids wear sneakers.
What if I invite the whole class do I have to make the reservation for every child?
No. You can always add onto any existing reservation at a later date. We recommend securing the space you think you're going to need. Each package comes with two lanes, two couches and a table. You can add individual kids or a lane bundle to your lane
Can we order extra pizza or soda with our package?
Yes. All additional food can be ordered online to your package as an add-on or ordered from your lane using your cell phone after check in. Orders will be sent to you via text message once ready to pick up at food counter.
Can we add on catering from Sweet Onion Brewhouse?
Yes. Please see catering menu options on the Sweet Onion Brewhouse Drop Down Box In Toolbar.
Who's responsible for cleaning the garbage from our lanes?
You are responsible for cleaning your area after your party. Please open gifts at home and bring all cake boxes and goody bags with you after party is completed.
If the birthday child is sick are we allowed a refund?
No refunds. We do allow the party to move to another date one time only.
Can we buy arcade cards?
Yes. All game cards are bought onsite and purchased at the red kiosk.
Additional Information:
Bowling balls are to be shared. Not every child gets a bowling ball to use as their own.
Ramps are available. One ramp per party only!
ABSOLUTELY No confetti, confetti balloons, silly string OR SPRINKLES ALLOWED.
